Over his career, Jack has represented both individual and institutional clients, including several past and present members of The Fortune 500, in connection with a wide array of complex matters, involving M&A litigation, corporate governance, alternative entities, fiduciary duties, restrictive covenants, and business torts, among others.
A seasoned trial lawyer, Jack has acted as lead trial counsel in more than a dozen cases. He has also been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” for 2024.
Before joining HFK, Jack was the co-founding partner of the former Delaware firm Berger Harris LLP. Prior to that, Jack was a partner of the Global 100 law firm, Reed Smith LLP.
After law school, Jack served in consecutive judicial clerkships, first with the Honorable George L. Seltzer of the New Jersey Superior Court and the following year with the Honorable William L. Witham, Jr. of the Superior Court of Delaware.
Mr. Harris is a part-time adjunct professor at Rutger University Law School (Camden), teaching Trial Advocacy.
